Established in 1990, Earthline Ltd are a privately owned family run company based in Wiltshire with sites across the South of England. Our primary business activities include; quarrying of sand and aggregates, large scale earthmoving and landscaping projects, recycling, inert landfill and waste management. We employ over 250 people across our 10 sites located in the South of England. We operate primarily servicing our clients across the Construction sector.

EaEarthline Ltd are committed to understanding the risks involved with slavery, human trafficking, child labour and the exploitation of vulnerable individuals in the workforce and believe none of these practices should play a part in any level of our business operations, including those across our supply chain and with our business partners.

We operate strict codes of conduct for our own workforce, which are introduced to all employees on their employment date and which they are expected to abide by for the duration of their employment with Earthline Ltd. This code of conduct and its related policies are based around standards of dignity and respect and all members of the workforce are expected to extend this towards each other, as well as to our customers and suppliers. In addition, we utilise our own equal opportunities and fair employment guidelines to ensure that eligibility to work is confirmed before employment and that the company complies with all UK employment legislation ensuring that employee rights are maintained.

We review our supply chain regularly to ensure that we only work with companies who adopt a similar high standard of business ethics as ourselves, and to ensure they are also committed to understanding and combating modern slavery in all its forms. We have evaluated that our own sector and supply chains have a low risk of human trafficking and slavery, and are committed to reviewing the situation on a regular basis.

We encourage an open-door policy on reporting of concerns, particularly regarding suspected vulnerable members of the workforce, allowing our employees to raise any issues they have with the management team, these will then be investigated fully with the utmost respect for the confidentiality of all involved.

Employees are kept updated regularly through a variety of internal communication channels as we review and update our policies and procedures on a regular basis. We further support this with training and staff development to ensure the high standards we demand are maintained across the company.
